This is simply a Solo goal of mine. Just planned a 100 miles as a goal when I first started biking a few months ago.

Ill be going at it alone as like many things in life. A self victory if you will.


Granted, I started biking because it was the only thing that didnt agrivate my back. (Long story) I have since lost 55 pounds, and slowly been increasing my mileage and riding just to ride.


So I plan on being on the bike and rolling 7:30 am at the latest, and Im still debating the snickers with the heat.. but figure if i get them in the early few hours, it will be a nice fill me up feeling and kinda a dirty pleasure lol.

And yes i just ate 3 pounds of pasta... I really cant believe I did, i made 3 just so id have food for dinner tomorrow and didn't stop eating :/

Ive just hydrated well... So its time to sleep and wait for tomorrow to come
