the ride was good, I was joined in the first 40 by a neighbor training for a triathalon so I got to look at a hot piece of ass for 40 miles =)

I then turned it down to nice and easy mode and set in for the long haul.

9 hours total. took an hour of breaks so 8 hours of riding.

I maintained about a 12 mph average throughout the entire trip, which was the hardest part, I always want to go faster, so it was hard turning myself down to make sure I lasted the day.

I didn't bring my camera, As i really didn't see myself carrying it all day knowing i was going to be pushing the limits.
