I have osteoarthritic knees. Last winter it took me ages to warm them up enough to feel comfortable enough to ride and it was quite a long, cool winter around here.

I want to be able to warm the knees up more quickly this winter. I think I need something wind-proof and insulating, and for certain times it would be good to be able to start out with some sort of heat.

Any suggestions?
