i don't wear jerseys, i wear underarmor.
i find the sleeveless tops to be fantastic. really cool. they don't restrict movement. they are cheap.
depends on how much air is blowing over them and how much you sweat, but they'll keep you relatively dry; far dryer than an ordinary T-shirt. they keep you cool too!
skin tight fit, too, so nothing slapping in the breeze!
