Just a little back-story: I write an on-going column for the Central Indiana Bicycling Association called "The Skinny on Cycling." Because cycling has been a big part of how I lost 100 pounds, I generally write about some blend of cycling, healthy living and weight loss. It is written specifically for Hoosier cyclists, so please forgive the local references and my lack of precision in recalling TDF factoids! This article will be published in the August edition.
