I stink at climbing. On the superhighway that is GMR I get passed more than I care to. However its my favorite aspect of cycling, and I love doing it.
At 5'8" 190 and I need to drop some lbs. I gained 20 lbs after a case of laryngitis and itbs put me off the bike and running for 8 months, I think if I get down to 165 I'll be where I need to be. Training is easy, diet is the hard part. Seems like you are a freak in this country if you care about being thin.
