mark it down. you will not be able to get ultegra 2005 till mid-year 2005. shimano will ship first to the manufacturers who will use it to build with the new bikes.
if you want ultegra 2005 alone to upgrade or build up an existing frameset i'm betting may2005 till it is available alone.

anyone convinced that the new 2005 line in either ultegra or DA will be that much better? if i am running a 11-21 or 12-23, is there much difference in getting the extra gear and saving 1/2 pound?
