Ok.
Let's say you have a triathlete and a ProTour level racer of the same weight. Let's say it's some dude who wins Ironman races, and Alejandro Valverde. Valverde's been sick, so his training load is down a bit to maybe 20hrs a week. He's getting ready for the hilly Classics, and Ironman dude is getting ready for Kona (I have no clue when that race is, just an example).
Who do you think puts more torque into the pedals?
Who do you think would be more likely to destroy an aluminum freehub body?
Who do you think would be more likely to destroy a heavily machined aluminum freehub body?
A friend of mine almost crashed (got a foot down) when he tore right through a PowerTap SL aluminum freehub body. A unit that is beefier by design, and was not modified in any way.
