a beg to differ...but I also had 3 headsets, and 3 sets of wheels to grease and had a couple of times when I made a mistake and had to pretty much redo it. I still have a good part of the tube left and i'm sure now that I don't have to grease my hubs once every year it'll last me a while. But park grease is the same grease that I used to put my pedals on, you really don't need too much though.
