Well, moving the cleats made quite a difference! It's hard to explain, but that 1/2" forward movement along with a slight saddle height adjustment made things much much more comfortable. I also had to tilt the nose of the saddle down quite a bit so it's just slightly nose high, and once set... voila, very comfortable. I rode about 5 miles with wrists and rear end that weren't numb. In fact, I wanted to keep riding, but it started to rain, and I have no fenders yet!

I attached a pic highlighting where I was positioned on the saddle before and where I'm sitting now, roughly. (Note the professional mspaint skills.) I also attached a blank pic if anyone else feels like coloring.
