Update: That little blue Raleigh which I covet has a new sign attached. It says something to the effect this bike appears to be abandoned, if you are the owner of this bike please call (number listed) by (date listed) or it will be removed. I think the date was next Monday.

Maybe I ought to call and say the bike is mine but I don't have the key for the lock. I wonder if the city will come over and bust it open for me.
