Heck, I managed to pull a century last week by merely throwing my bike in a radom direction, and running after it. HA!
I drove a three inch bolt horizontally through my foot and into the crank, unfortunately dirt got in the bearings and my festering foot came off, I grafted it back on with skin i took off my butt with a sawz all ....I then had to finish the century without a seat....
