Bikes: a 15 or so year old dyno. hoping to build a new one sooner rather then later

What kind of locks do you guys use?
I'm looking primarily guys and gals that are riding in the city. Do you just use a big ass chain and a padlock or one of those ulocks? also, where do you keep it while you are riding?
