Yes, indeed I did. 21.5 miles on the East Orlando-Blanchard Park path. Sort of mild headwind going out and managed a respectable 16 mph. I like to start at about 7:30 AM as the heat and humidity really picks up around 10. I have been doing this course at least once a day since June and feel a whole lot better! Keep on riding.
How long is that trail ATM? close to UCF? I sometimes ride from Longwood to Oviedo, then down from Oviedo to Colonial(50) via 134. Always looking for ways to make my rides longer
PS: Nevermind, I found it on googe maps... I don't know how I rode past the Alafaya/Locanotosa intersection (going on Alafaya's bike lane) and not notice it. I will use it in today's ride (I hope it doesn't rain).
