Its a Voyager 11.8 I was a little disappointed in the chrome finish, although it had very minimal rust on the bottom bracket someone had taken off almost all the decals and not in a very good way. Lots of scrap marks where the decals were and the Schwinn decal was hacked up pretty good. The components were Altus LT. It was hard but I passed it up I felt too much work to get it back where it should be.
The chrome was probably perfect. They often look bad because they were clear coated, and eventually got scratches and rub marks on the clear. Shoot it with stripper and buy some new decals. Mine looked like hammered crap, and ended up looking almost new.,,,,BD
