Having seen this one, I really should make an effort to visit the bicycle museum in Canberra, Australia, my home country.

I think a visit to any museum with bicycles in it shows that the "latest technical developments" that so many people wet their pants over really aren't, and thus far, there have been very few original ideas brought into being in recent decades (CF frames probably the exception).
