No, talk to the club, group, or whoever organizes these group rides and outlaw them from the group! There is no place for earbuds or aerobars in a peleton! Using either one shows an arrogant disrespect for the safety of those around you. If everyone refused to ride with anyone using them, soon the offenders would have no one with which to train.
