It would be nice having a pinned thread with links to common referred-to web sites.

Like, "Listing of bike lights" followed by a bunch of links. Panniers, helmets, rain gear, maintenance/tools/repair gear, a kinds of pumps, all kinds of pedals, etc.

That was you can still provide your input on a question, and reference the listing for options.

I know someone on here had something like that in their sig, "clipless pedal, a guide for beginners" or something like that.
