Bikes: one bike for every day of the week

I don't diet. I burn 4000 calories a day. However, I do budget and I ride multiple centuries every year.

I've found I don't really have an appetite for a couple of hours after a big ride. However, if I meet a friend for lunch anyway, it will prematurely kick start my appetite. Once started, I will eat myself out of house and home with a single 3000 calorie meal.

I therefore try to stick to a basic recovery drink and wait for my appetite to come around the usual two hours later. I find I eat much less and still feel satisfied.
