I'm annoyed. My landlord just waltzed in today doing a half-assed knock as he was turning the key in the door. I told him I don't appreciate it (not to mention I'm pretty sure it is illegal to do that without prior warning). On the other hand I don't want to ***** too much because at least the leaky dishwasher will be fixed. And hopefully whatever is stuck in the drain pipe and being all smelly-like will be gone too.

So this a long preamble to saying I'm unable to use my kitchen without any warning. Wanna grab lunch someone? Jeremy you still heading out?
