gunter's bike is an interesting project but it wouldn't consider it ridable except around the parking lot.
1. no cage for bottle so unless you are a camel about 1/2 the most.
2. the handlebars have no plugs which is illegal to race with.
3. the seatpost is fused into the saddle so there is NO adjustment. AX must make the combo to your exact measurements.
4. the chainrings of course cannot take a sprint or any heavy load.
he could easily go with one brake caliper and downtube shifters instead. i applaud his achievement.
no he doesn't need a kickstand at starbucks just hang it on the coat rack.
