It's more likely Italian, given the fork blades/crown and the BB shell (which is a Silva investment casting, I believe) and the Columbus DOs...hope it also has quality Columbus tubing, it probably does. Check the width (70mm?) and threading of the BB shell, check the inside of the base of the steerer (fork) for "rifling": 5 very subtle raised spirals.
