You simply don't camp in a city park ..... SCARY!!!! If you camped in any of the city parks here, you'd wake up on the ground with nothing but your briefs left to your name.

Plus ... there are usually signs up all over the place saying things like, "No overnight camping. $150 fine." I guess you could camp there and then pay the $150 fine.
