Cracked 179
Pounds, that is. Stepped on the scale today and realized I am no longer overweight according the the BMI charts.
This project started in December 2007 when I was at 213. Thanks to xx-skiing in the winter and biking in the summer, I'm now a "trim" 178. And I had fun getting there!
