I'm sure you could go faster than me in a flat TT but I could probably still suck your wheel well enough that you couldn't get away from me, and I don't know you well enough to know if you could outcorner me on a technical descent.
Going down a technical descent would be close. I don't have mad cornering skillz, but I can handle just about any road around here.
As as far as wheel sucking goes, you try to hang on when I blow by you with a 6 mph speed difference. I tried that on the group ride. Nobody could catch on. I fell off the back and then cranked it up to about 30 mph (the group was doing something like 24.) It took them close to a mile to catch me.
