Why don't you call Specialized? They can give you an easy yes or no, and I'm sure if there's one available, they'd be happy to sell you one. The Specialized website does list an aero seat post binder, and an aero seat post. I kinda doubt that the Allez is designed to work with those, but you could certainly ask.
