Unlikely that he will be riding for "Astana". The primary sponsor of the "Astana" team has already said that they will be making an announcement regarding their role with the team, which is actually owned by Johan Bruyneel, at the end of the Vuelta. Bruyneel also holds the UCI license for the team.
Lance will ride for "Team LiveStrong" or something similar.
