Adjust the high limiting screw. The problem is probably that the derailleur cage is about 1/2 mm too close to the spokes. When you ride out of the saddle, the torque applied by the chain to the wheel brings spokes into contact with the derailleur cage. This is not a big problem, it is easily fixed... your LBS could do it in two minutes for free if you don't want to.
