I kept a shirt and a pair of jeans for about a year. I took a picture with my daughter who is 5'10" in the shirt with me and her head is out of the neck of the shirt also. I finally gave it up and let them throw it away. I gave away about $1500.00 in dress clothes away to Good Will and the Salvation Army at one time. I am still losing inches but still stuck at 235. I am at a 32" waist, but still have a lot of fat around that part of my body, so I have a ways to go yet. I also through my belts away, and I use the clasp style of belts, similar to what the army uses, but mine are black or tan and their's are olive green.It really is a nice feeling though, I really know what you mean.
