I did my ride yesterday, 50 miles from my place near Towson up to O Ridge to Cuba to Stringtown to Cedar Ridge to Yeoho to Mt. Carmel back to Cedar Ridge and to Stringtown, basically tracing back to home, about 3300 feet according to my GPS. Won't even list speed, but only stopped for 20 minutes and I'm trying to eat as little as possible. My goal is to lose twenty by Dec 31.
On my return I found that my rear brake pad was rubbing slightly. Been having trouble with this wheel, two broken spokes in a month, one last week 29 miles into that century, rode the rest of the way with it tweaked. I think I'm just going to rebuild the damned thing.
