Dawes SST would be the cheapest route with brakes. I love my Dawes SST. Owned a Kilo, loved it too except for the amount of toe overlap on the 50cm frame (should have been riding a 53cm anyway). Have a windsor hour coming on wednesday, because i'm a bike floozy. a cheap floozy at that.
