Is that the new Blackburn CL rack? I heard a new one was coming out last year but I haven't seen it in the shops or online yet. So this one fixes the fastening problem with the Ortlieb panniers!. Looks more stable also.

BTW I went up the Trace in June, great ride, there was bridge work in a couple of places. If camping you can camp for free the length of it. Only catch is the campsites are roughly 50 miles apart, so you either ride 100 miles or 50 miles a day.
