I don't know of anything other than a Phil that will work. Nothing made recently will work for you. You need a NOS cup and cone style spindle.
I don't know for certain, but a spindle from a bottom bracket with a more common threading may work. Go to your LBS and they probably will have a metal recycle bin that you can go through and find a spindle to see if it will work before you spend money on a new one.
Another possible option is to flip the spindle end to end.
