My wheels were ridable but not what I would call "true" straight from the box. My LBS charged me just under $30 to true both wheels and install the new cog. YMMV.

**I know the bars look ridiculous but I'm riding mostly on the brake hoods and this angle was most comfortable for my wrists. It'll be changed this afternoon if my new bars arrive.**
