I bought a $30 one off e-bay last year. The issue I had was the Garmin Edge is not designed to be charged while in use on a bicycle. The connector is on the bottom and the plug kept falling out, after I modifed the mount to even be able to plug it in while riding. The chargers internal battery was not enough to charge the garmin at night from it's "reserve". It did however work well to keep my radio charged. I placed the charger under the clear plastic in my map case and ran the corde to my radio in the same bag. It also worked to cahrge my cell during the day.
