Anyone know of a friendly bike shop in Queens or Manhattan that has a policy of lending some work space and tools to do minor self-repairs? I got off the phone with a Toga East guy and I think he might have lent me a tool but you never know with those guys. I think I'd be more comfortable at a community shop. I'm just trying to overhaul the bb on my bargain beater. In general, I love tooling, but what I love more is to save money by not buying A tool I'll only use a few times. Anyone have any good experiences/places to go?
