ride was short due to the loss of sunlight...did 20 miles.

rode with a buddy I met up at the shop who just got into cycling we did a few sprints mixed into the ride which was fun, riding with a partner is so much better, I tend to get bored when I'm alone.

the 120 stem is awesome I really liked the position, it actually took pressure off my wrists/hands. we'll see how it is on longer rides, back was fine.

the lowered seat REALLY helped my spinning, seated in the sprints I was hitting 135 rpm and not bouncing. I lowered the seat maybe an 1/8th of an inch....knees are fine.

now I'm wondering If I should adjust the levers down to where they are parallel. or keep riding it the way it is and adjust them later.
