The examples on this bike are reproductions done by Peter Kohler (look for him on the CR list) a couple years ago - I got them from a fellow who had not used his set. Not sure if there are any more available. Ask around and keep an eye on the 'Bay.

If all else fails, grips of a similar pattern were produced by Raleigh in the '70s and early '80s, though they were far thinner and hard vinyl, as opposed to the thick and soft/rubbery feel of the originals. The later examples sometimes prove slippery on the bars as well.
