That's a no brainer. Buy the 1400. Ride it. Don't like it? Switch the 105 components to your Miyata, which you obviously like. You certainly won't find a decent, complete, Shimano 105, 7 speed group for $200. In the end, the move will cost even less, once you C/L the leftover frame. Sure, 105 is a little lower than the 600 Ultegra on the Miyata, but it's still good equipment.
