this is kinda random and dumb but ive always had a quill stem never a threadless. so would i be able to put on a quil on the kilo tt or kilo tt pro? since they come threadless now?
or would i be able to cut down the steerer(?) so the stem can be lower with out the steerer being like an inch above it?
again sorry for the question but i dont know much about threadless
