I've been very impressed with their products and the people on the other end of the line. I can only hope that someone coughs up a little capital to keep them going. I have yet to read a bad review of any of their products, and their service is excellent. Must be tough to break into the Zipp/Bontrager/Hed/Reynolds carbon wheel market, though.
