I just got a few rolls of black reflective tape and the supposedly brighter silver tape from www.identi-tape.com, but haven't had a chance to compare the reflectivity or put it on my bike yet. I intend to cover as much of the frame as I can as well as portions of my rims, pedals, shoes, helmet, bags, etc. The concept of putting reflective material on moving parts seems very smart.
