My LBS got back to me today about my bike. They say they will replace the crank set with an Ultegra free of charge. The LBS owner went on and on about Treks rigorous product testing and that breaks like this are extremely rare. Trek said also, because I am a good customer, they will throw in a free jersey. I wonder what jersey they will send me.
