i got passed by a bus last thursday at a train overpass. the road narrows at this junction, and the road there has damaged sholder so there is need to venture out further into road. this is about 40 to 50 yards in length before the road widens again.

as i had moved out into the road, at the bottom of the overpass, a NJ TRANSIT bus came up from behid (VB), weakly honked, and passed me. another car was coming the other direction and the bus, while at the start gave semi-appropriate room/space, began to move back in while it was only about 1/2 way past. driver cleared me by about 6 to 8 inches in the end..unreal.

i called 1-800 # to file issue, but this was disconnected, "no longer in service". called the newark, nj office, but this was closed after 5pm. was not able to call friday.

i am calling monday to file complaint (4:30pm, rt 77, bus #7409)!
