replace your chain, cuz you may have a frozen link and the only good frozen links are breakfast sausage links. mmm. make sure your rear derailur is lines up proporly with your freewheel and your cogs and chainring's teeth are all good. keep the deraillur. some of my best derailurs have been vintage.
