No offense to some of the above replies, but I think this issue goes a little bit deeper than the regular stuff. Notice the derailleur and how there is very little chain wrap. Iab is meticulous about his bikes so I am sure the chain is in good shape if not NOS to match the freewheel. Try finding a picture of this derailleur on a bike on the net... I tried briefly, no luck. I am very curious to know if he solves the problem. I'd probably try this thing with the chain so short that when you shift into the small cog the pulley is almost level with the pivot.
