+1, I buy power bars, Nature Valley, Kashi bars, etc. But I find good old Fig Newtons are the easiest to ride with. I like them because they are not dry like many bars are. Gels make my stomach turn. I was surprised at the MS ride how many folks grabbed Fig Newtons over all the other stuff that was available.
