weak option:

while you've stil got your feet in the pedals, move your posterior behind your saddle so that it is just about to make friends with the tyre, as you remove your feet from your clips/cleats/whatevers put your body weight forward so that your chest is taking most of the weight, it takes a decent deal of core strength to keep your legs horizontal, but go for your life.
