what to eat...
I like to eat some musilix from the bulk bins (no name brand suggested) with some fruit (preferabley berries and a banana) I also drink two pints of water before getting in the saddle.
While on the ride I take with me some dehydrated fruit and some home made energy bars I made. You can do a google search for "homemade energy bars" if you want some recipes. I also take two leters of water with me each of which has a half lime or lemon sweazed into it and a little salt.
After the ride-a massive hamburger (no fast food though)
