Action Track "style" Crank

Hey, I tried searching for this already but I didn't find anything...

This crank set that Harris Cyclery has on their website, Action Track Style Crank, for $59.

Anyone have it? I can't even find the damn things in google.

The main reason I was interested is for the 1/8", the neater chainline I can achieve with a 107mm BB, it's smaller than my 52T original crank I have, and you can replace the chainrings, as opposed to my single piece crank right now.

Keep in mind, I'm budget oriented, as this is going to be my winter, rain, bar bike.

Also of note, for about $20 more I can get the Soma Hellyer Crankset. Just spend the extra dough?
